1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Email address. Collected through our email capture form when you request access to certification or product updates.
  • Certification evaluation data. When you submit an agent system for certification through the Arena, we collect the behavioral observations, test results, and metadata necessary to produce a certification decision. This includes API responses from your agent during evaluation scenarios.
  • Contact information. Any information you voluntarily provide when contacting us at demo@raknor.ai.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Analytics data. We use Google Analytics (G-K6071S0KQB) to collect standard analytics information including pages visited, time on site, referral source, browser type, and general geographic region. This data is aggregated and used to understand how professionals engage with our site.
  • Cookies and similar technologies. Google Analytics may set cookies on your browser for analytics purposes. You can control cookie behavior through your browser settings.

1.3 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not store your source code. AEGIS runs locally on your infrastructure unless you explicitly grant Raknor access. When you run AEGIS locally, your code never leaves your machine. The Arena tests agent behavior through your API and does not access, receive, or store your source code.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Certification services. Evaluation data is used to produce certification decisions, certification records, and remediation roadmaps.
  • Communication. Email addresses are used to send certification results, product updates, and information about Raknor services. You may unsubscribe at any time.
  • Site improvement. Analytics data is used to understand usage patterns and improve our website and services.
  • Security and integrity. To protect the integrity of our certification process and prevent abuse.

3. Certification Records Are Public

Certification records are public by design. The value of Raknor certification depends on independent verifiability. When an agent system is certified, the certification record — including the certification decision, level, domain scores, and validity period — is published in the Raknor registry and is publicly accessible.

Certification records do not contain your source code, proprietary architecture details, or internal system configurations. They contain the results of behavioral evaluation against the published Raknor Standard.

By submitting an agent system for certification, you acknowledge that the resulting certification record will be published in the public registry.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or certification data to third parties.

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers. We use Google Tag Manager for analytics. Google may process analytics data according to their own privacy policies.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Certification registry. Certification decisions are published as described in Section 3.

5. Data Retention

  • Email addresses. Retained until you unsubscribe or request removal.
  • Certification records. Retained indefinitely as part of the public certification registry. Historical certification records remain accessible even after a certification expires or is revoked, as they represent the governance state at the time of evaluation.
  • Analytics data. Retained according to Google Analytics data retention settings.
  • Evaluation session data. Raw evaluation data (API interactions during testing) is retained for a limited period to support certification decisions and is then deleted. The certification record itself persists.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect. Certification records are cryptographically signed to ensure integrity and prevent tampering.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You may:

  • Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal obligations and the public nature of certification records.
  • Unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
  • Control cookies through your browser settings.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at demo@raknor.ai.

Note: Certification records are public by design and cannot be deleted upon request, as they serve as the authoritative record of governance state at the time of evaluation. This is fundamental to the integrity of the certification system.

8. Audience

Raknor services are designed for enterprise technology professionals. Our site and services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
